YoRun with Jen

A unique experience that honors the best of both worlds....RUNNING and YOGA!  Starting with a short yoga practice built to warm up and loosen the body before a 25-30 minute run at your own pace.  Then learn yoga poses that will help runners strengthen and recover after their run.


Yoga Series


Power Yoga- A VERY intense yoga practice moving quickly between poses and linking breath with your movement.  Enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance while reducing stress and tension


Chair Yoga-  Gentle, soft movements while sitting in a chair or using the chair for support while in standing postures.


Little Sprout's Yoga- This special children's series will use lots of energy and they leave feeling calm and confident. (3-10yrs)


Yoga For Pain Management- Combining both chair and anxiety series together makes this truly special and unique.


Teen Empowerment Yoga- Increase self-confidence, decrease anxiety, and feel empowered in a safe, 

non-judgemental environment. (10yrs and up)


Mama AND Me Yoga- Yoga poses on your back and sitting, while engaging with your baby, 

makes this series wonderful. (Birth-2yrs)


Coping With Anxiety Through Yoga-  Recognizing that anxiety affects 1 out of 4 people, this series will provide you with tools to gain strength and find a calm while coping with anxiety.





Prenatal Yoga with Leah

This mama-to-be, not only is an amazing yoga instructor at Balanced Tree, but she is a certified Birth Doula supporting women through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.  What a great opportunity this will be if you are expecting!
