Class Description and Schedule

All classes in our upstairs studio 

(unless otherwise stated) 

 *Use provided hand sanitizer on arrival and when leaving.*  

*Class size currently limited to 10 people, including the instructor for social distancing.*

*Masks until you sit on your mat.*

*Above all- stay home if you are not feeling well.*



Gentle Yoga

Thursday 10AM with Sarah

Soft, nurturing, slow-paced class with seated, standing, and laying down poses.  Using all of the yoga props- 

blocks, straps, the wall, chairs, bolsters, and blankets.  You will feel supported and comfortable throughout this gentle yoga class.


Tuesday 5:30PM with Bobbi

Meet at the studio for gentle yoga poses, walking to and around the beautiful, Richwood Lake Trail, and then back to the studio for relaxing yoga poses to complete class.

YinYasa Yoga

Friday 5:30PM with Amber 

Fusing 30 minutes of Yin yoga , long-held poses, with 30 minutes of Vinyasa (movement yoga) to make the most amazing class of YinYasa.  

Great for athletes and yogis of all levels.

Basic Yoga

Sunday 10AM with Heather

Offering seated, standing, sun salutations*, and laying down poses.  This class will build strength and flexibility, 

but most of all you will leave feeling good.

Mixed Level Yoga

Sunday 5:30PM with Kelsie

Monday 7PM with Cory

Just as amazing as Basic Yoga, but taking it to the next level.  Previous yoga experience would be beneficial, but it is not necessary.

Power Yoga

Tuesday 6:30PM with Sarah (45min class)

An intense yoga practice pairing breath with movement while building strength and endurance.  Previous yoga experience would be very beneficial.

*Sun salutations include a series of poses- standing, folding forward, stepping back into a plank, lowering down onto your stomach, 

and then pushing back into a downward facing dog.
