*Class size currently limited to 10 people, including the instructor for social distancing.*

Thursday 10AM with Sarah
Soft, nurturing, slow-paced class with seated, standing, and laying down poses. Using all of the yoga props-
blocks, straps, the wall, chairs, bolsters, and blankets. You will feel supported and comfortable throughout this gentle yoga class.
Friday 10AM with Sarah
Combining the gentle movements of gentle yoga and slowing basic yoga down to create a special "Slow Flow" class. Continuing to keep minimal pressure on hands and knees to keep you feeling confident.

Moving to Stillness as you hold poses 1-5min, this style of yoga stretches our connective tissue and focuses on breath, allowing the nervous system to calm and tension to dissolve. Great for athletes and yogis of all levels.
Sunday 10AM with Heather
Thursday 5:30PM with Bobbi
Offering seated, standing, sun salutations*, and laying down poses. This class will build strength and flexibility,
but most of all you will leave feeling good.
Wednesday 6pm with Melanie
Easy to follow yoga flow while using light weights. This class is designed to build, sculp, and lengthen muscles.
Weights provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Mixed Level Yoga
Sunday 5:30PM with Kelsie
Monday 7PM with Cory
Just as amazing as Basic Yoga, but taking it to the next level. Previous yoga experience would be beneficial, but it is not necessary.
Tuesday 6:30PM with Sarah (45min class)
An intense yoga practice pairing breath with movement while building strength and endurance. Previous yoga experience would be very beneficial.
*Sun salutations include a series of poses- standing, folding forward, stepping back into a plank, lowering down onto your stomach,
and then pushing back into a downward facing dog.
