Corporate Wellness

As a business, it is incredibly valuable to promote self-care surrounding physical health, mental health, and a more active lifestyle.  We would love to help you do this by providing  wellness "lunch and learns", workshops, or seminars.  This could include yoga or just a educated wellness discussion. We proudly have been part of companies such as- the Wendy's Innovation, Ohio Assist,  and Ohio's County Engineers.
