Class Description and Schedule

All classes are 60 minutes long, unless otherwise stated.  

$10 per drop-in class.

Please, come 10-15 minutes early to get signed in.

Start with yoga at the studio to prepare you for running/walking to the Richwood Park and around the trail.  Then back to the studio for a cool down yoga practice. **Subject to cancelation due to weather**

Chair Yoga

(Not on the schedule at this time)

Slow, gentle movements while sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support.  Using yoga props- blocks, straps, blankets, and the wall for additional support. 

Restorative Yoga

Tuesday 6:30pm

Rest. Relax. Restore.

Assisting you with the tools to support building a more restful mind and body.  All of the props are used while you relax during Restorative yoga.

Gentle Yoga

Thursday 10am

Soft, nurturing, slow-paced class with seated, standing, and laying down poses. Using yoga props- blocks, straps, the wall, chairs, bolsters, and blankets.  You will feel supported and comfortable throughout this gentle yoga class.

Slow Flow

Tuesday 5pm

This class will have you moving at a slower pace and provide education on supporting your body as you build a yoga foundation.  Slow Flow is a wonderful class for learning yoga poses and proper prop usage


Basic Yoga

Sunday 10am 

Wednesday 6:30pm

Offering seated, standing, sun salutations*, and laying down poses.  This class will build strength and flexibility, 

but most of all you will leave feeling good.

Mixed Level Yoga

Monday 6:30pm

Saturday 9:30am

Just as amazing as Basic Yoga, but taking it to the next level.  Previous yoga experience would be beneficial, but it is not necessary.


Tuesday 10am

Pilates uses muscle strength and endurance to increase flexibility. It will also emphasize proper alignment and core strength, not to mention balance, while focusing mostly on your lower back, hips, and abdominal muscles.

Power Yoga

Thursday 6:30pm

An intense yoga practice pairing breath with movement while building strength and endurance.  Previous yoga experience would be beneficial.

*Sun salutations include a series of poses- standing, folding forward, stepping back into a plank, lowering down onto your stomach, 

and then pushing back into a downward facing dog.
