A small yoga studio with a big heart located in Richwood, Ohio. From beginners to experienced
levels, we offer weekday and weekend classes, monthly yoga series, and
specialize in personal attention with private yoga classes.
Our goal is simply to provide a relaxed, safe, inclusive environment that
will encourage self-love and build confidence for people of all ages and capabilities.

Goat Yoga fuses together the healing benefits of yoga and the therapeutic benefits from goats in a natural setting. We know what you are thinking, GOATS? Did you know they are very well known in the mental health world for their Animal Assisted Therapy benefits? Their calm personalities are just a bonus for such a cuddly, smart animal. During yoga they may lay on your mat, try to jump on your back (if you want them too), or they might just stand beside you eating grass. You can do as much yoga as you want or just sit and cuddle with a sweet little goat. Here is the deal, life can be a bit much at times. We all need to take breaks, let go, and be present. What better way than to laugh at the unexpected and let those POSITIVE, HAPPY, VIBES FLOW with Goat Yoga and sweet goats from Fresh Harvest Farm of Richwood, Ohio.

This slow, basic yoga flow will bring focus and intention through seated, standing, sun salutations, and laying down poses. Holding these poses longer is the key to building strength and flexibility. Not to mention, you will leave the studio feeling calm and prepared to tackle the work week ahead.

Power Yoga will move you quickly between yoga poses and link
breathwith all of those movements. This is an intense yoga practice that will create strength, balance, and endurance while reducing stress and tension.
Previous yoga experience would be beneficial.
